They crushed it—until 2008 slammed us like a freight train. Sixty employees down to three. Everything gone. But we didn’t fold. We dusted off, learned the hard way, and came back stronger. Today? Debt-free, growing fast—with over seventy crew members who’ve stuck around because we actually care. Tim’s the spark—ready, fire, aim—full speed, big ideas, no brakes. Mark’s the anchor—calm, steady, keeps everything grounded. Total opposites? Yeah. But that’s why this partnership’s rock-solid after 25 years.
